1. Application of the general conditions of sale
1.1 Any purchase order of products made on the site www.eqipe.it is intended to be made at the company IDEA RICAMO S.r.l. with headquarters in Turin, Strada del Francese 117/11, 10156 Production Area Rostia, P. IVA 09241460014 (hereinafter only Idea Ricamo) and is governed by these general conditions of sale, subject to the right of Idea Ricamo to apply special conditions, which will be explained case by case.
1.2 Idea Ricamo reserves the right to change at any time these general conditions of sale, publishing a new version. We invite customers to periodically visit this page to view the updated version of the conditions of sale.
1.3 Before participating in a promotional offer, the customer undertakes to read these general terms and conditions of sale and to accept their content.
2. Object of the contract
2.1 The site offers for sale the products listed on its pages, in the online catalogues, whose characteristics are explained in each product sheet.
3. Orders and conclusion of contract
3.1 Orders are placed via this site after registering your account with your personal data and a valid email address. The information on the processing of personal data can be found in the relevant section of this site.
3.2 There is no minimum order for purchases of products on this site. Shipping costs will be based on the weight of the package to be delivered and the place of delivery, and will be indicated at the time of checkout. OR: The shipping costs, indicated at the time of checkout and counted in the cart total, will be 9.00 euros.
3.3 For orders of EUR 99.00 or more, shipping costs shall be free of charge.
3.4 Idea Ricamo offers its products for sale as per the catalogue, illustrated on this site, within the limits of stock available at the time of the purchase order at its warehouses.
3.5 Idea Ricamo reserves the right to refuse an order, cancel it, or set purchase limits in consideration of the stock in its warehouses.
3.6 By sending the e-mail "Receipt of Order" Idea Ricamo only acknowledges receipt of an order and submit it to the process of data verification and availability of the products requested. The actual contract of sale will be considered concluded when the system will send a subsequent e-mail "Shipping Confirmation", which will contain information relating to the shipment of the product and the expected date of delivery.
4. How to purchase
4.1 To make a purchase, the following steps must be taken:
- a) register your account with your personal details and an e-mail address
- b) choose the products and quantities you want and add them to your basket
- c) enter the shipping data
- d) enter payment details
- e) conclusion of the order by sending the e-mail of acceptance of the order
4.2 In your private area you will be able to keep track of your orders and payments. You can also subscribe to the newsletter to receive commercial offers by giving separate consent to the processing of your data.
4.3 You can make purchases in "guest" mode, without registering an account, but in this case you will not be able to consult your order history.
5. Price and invoicing
5.1 The prices invoiced for the products ordered are those in force on the day the purchase order is issued, including taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately on the invoice.
5.2 All products are subject to price changes without prior notice from Idea Ricamo.
5.3 Idea Ricamo can not guarantee that there are, exceptionally, errors in the indication of the price of the products on its site, despite numerous checks carried out daily.
5.4 If the actual price of a product was lower than the indicated price, will be sent to the customer the product invoiced at the lower price. If the actual price of a product was higher than the indicated price, will be invoiced the price indicated, unless the difference is insignificant or the price indicated is clearly wrong, in this case Idea Ricamo will contact the customer communicating the actual price to obtain confirmation of the order in progress at the correct price, or Idea Ricamo may cancel the order and notify the customer.
6. Payment
6.1 For purchases made via the Internet, the amount must be paid at the time of the order by credit card. The system that manages the financial transactions is STRIPE, which is the only one that processes and stores the data of the payment orders. Purchases can be made as a private individual or with a VAT number, depending on the type of account registered.
6.2 Any payment by credit card is due and payable immediately. Credit card details will be encrypted during the transaction for security reasons, and a double authentication system will be required, by sending OTPs to your mobile phone or email.
6.3 In the event of payment by bank transfer, which is only permitted for registered users, the Holder shall send an email with the data for the bank transfer at the time the order is confirmed. In this case, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the funds in the bank account indicated.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Orders received by midnight on the day they are placed will be processed the following day, after checking that the goods are present in the warehouses. The delivery times indicated are in any case to be considered as indicative and subject to the variations that the carrier will communicate from time to time.
7.2 If the order is placed on a Friday, during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), on the eve of a holiday or on a public holiday (1st January, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th and 26th December), the order will be processed from the next working day.
7.3 Shipping time: the order will be shipped within one working day after receipt of payment.
7.4 Delivery time: in Italy, delivery will be made within 48 hours from the start of the order. The same delivery time is expected for the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State. In Europe the expected delivery time is 72 hours.
7.5 Deliveries will be made by courier. The courier will deliver the goods to the address indicated at the time of the order, street level. The confirmation email will indicate the delivery day and a reference time slot.
7.6 The risks of loss and deterioration of the goods are transferred to the carrier at the time of delivery of the goods for shipment and to the customer at the time of collection by the carrier. It is advisable to always accept the package subject to checking and verifying the integrity of the contents, in order to be able to claim against the carrier in case of damage.
7.7 The delivery times indicated herein are to be considered merely indicative. The Owner shall undertake to comply with what is indicated herein, but shall not be held responsible for any delays not attributable to it.
7.8 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to indicate a valid delivery address and promptly notify any errors or omissions. Idea Ricamo reserves the right to charge any extra costs due to changes in the delivery address not promptly communicated.
7.9 If the Customer cannot (because of repeated absence) or does not wish to receive delivery, all risks of loss of or damage to the goods will be borne by the Customer. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the business contract, the package may be returned to the sender. In this case, the cost of returning the goods to the sender will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
7.10 In case of storage of products, Idea Ricamo may make delivery by any appropriate means and charge the customer the costs of storage and warehousing.
7.11 Without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognised by law, the customer shall not be entitled to refuse delivery of the products or to claim reimbursement of his order, except as provided for below.
8. Verification of goods and returns
8.1 It is up to the customer to verify, at the time of delivery, the correct quantity and condition of the products and, in case of anomalies and / or missing items / products, or damaged or tampered with the package, to withdraw the goods subject to control of the content and inform Idea Ricamo within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the products themselves, keeping the invoice and the waybill of the courier, in order to obtain a possible exchange, integration of the order or refund, according to the following conditions.
8.2 In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to contact the shipper immediately. Idea Ricamo is not responsible for missing or stolen/damaged shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reservation.
8.3 After following all the indications of the preceding points, Idea Ricamo, in agreement with the customer, will provide replacement products of equal commercial value, or will issue a refund in the form of a voucher to be spent in the next order.
8.4 The liability of the carrier for damage, breakdown or loss of the products during transport, including partial transport, from the moment the carrier receives the goods until delivery to the customer, shall remain unaffected.
9. Right of withdrawal for consumer customers
9.1 Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal refers only to customers who are consumers, i.e. natural persons acting outside their professional activity.
9.2 The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by registered letter or by PEC at the headquarters of Idea Ricamo and at the addresses indicated in the pages of the site.
9.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs and products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:
- order of products by a customer who is not a consumer and/or who requires an invoice
- order of tailor-made or clearly customised products;
- order products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- order of sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
10. Return and refund procedure
10.1 It is possible to change the size or colour but not the model, subject to stock availability.
10.2 It is possible to make only one request for return per order and the shipping costs for sending the return are borne by Idea Ricamo only if the return will be made according to this procedure. Will not be accepted returned by procedure or couriers other than those indicated by us.
10.3 You can manage your return request directly from the ORDER HISTORY section of the website by logging in, or by sending an email to info@eqipe.com indicating the order number to be changed. If you lose your access credentials, the site offers a procedure for recovery.
10.4 After verification of the integrity of the product, a refund will be issued by the same method used for payment, within 15 days. Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are never refundable.
10.5 Restrictions on returns. Returns cannot be made if the products have been washed or used in any way. You are allowed to try on the garments to check their size or fit, unless otherwise stated, but you are not allowed to wear them or remove the labels or tags.
The products must not be tampered with or damaged and must be complete with their original, intact packaging.
10.6 Upon arrival of the goods at the company, the internal quality department will check the integrity of the returns, which may take 2-3 working days. Upon the positive outcome of the checks, an email will be sent to confirm the return.
11. Rights of third parties and representation of products
11.1 The Holder shall not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights, copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties caused by customers.
11.2 All product descriptions, illustrations, depictions and descriptive captions relating to the products marketed on this site are intended as illustrations of a general nature and do not constitute a guarantee or declaration of conformity of the products with them.
12. Processing of personal data
12.1 The data provided will be processed in accordance with the European Regulation on the Processing of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

13. Applicable law and competent court
13.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
13.2 In the event of disputes, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the purchaser, if the purchaser is a consumer, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13.3 If, on the other hand, the Purchaser is registered as a company with a VAT number, the Court of Turin shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, with the express exclusion of any alternative jurisdiction.
