No, it may happen that a product is not available for purchase: in this case the unavailability of a specific size and/or colour will be indicated on the site. You can request to be notified by email as soon as the product is available again.

A label is attached to each product with specific instructions for each garment. In general, for all our garments, we recommend:
1. Wash light, dark and coloured colours separately
2. Machine wash at 30° C
3. Do not iron
4. Do not bleach
5. Do not dry clean
6. Do not tumble dry

Some models can be fully customised. On the page of these products there is a "CUSTOM 3D" link where you can create your own garment.

Check that you have entered the data correctly and that your credit card has sufficient funds to cover the amount of your purchase. If not, check that your card has not expired.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Any customs duties will be applied for non-European destinations according to the regulations in force in the country of destination of the order.

You can check the status of your order by logging directly into your account and clicking on "My orders", where you can check the progress of your order in real time. The system is constantly updated. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number.

Send an e-mail to shop@eqipe.it for the best support. Variation is allowed until the courier takes over, so please provide a valid shipping address where you or someone you trust can be present to receive the goods. Carriers will require a signature for proof of delivery.

We only ship and deliver to countries that can be selected on our website. In addition, we do not provide the service in the following territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, French Guiana and all DOM-TOMs, Livigno, Island of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Canary Islands, Liechtenstein.

Refunds are only processed after the returns have been received by our warehouse and the appropriate quality checks have been carried out. If the condition of the product meets the requirements, the refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the goods via the same payment method used to finalise the order. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued. The credit may appear after 1/2 working days depending on the timing of your bank.
