Where are your garments produced?
eQipe garments are entirely designed, developed and produced in Italy, in our Turin factory. We personally take care of every stage of production: a complete creative and production process, from the choice of fabric to the definition of every detail. We find inspiration in the great Italian design tradition, which we love to support with innovative solutions, in order to satisfy every cyclist's need. Whether you are a biking expert, an aspiring professional, or an amateur cyclist, with eQipe you can count on Made in Italy garments to suit your every need. We maintain the highest quality standards in our workshop. The various stages of production are carried out in full compliance with labour, safety and environmental regulations.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), via the secure Stripe system and by bank transfer.
My payment did not go through. How come?
Are there additional customs fees for orders with delivery to countries outside the European Community?

How much does shipping cost?
Free express shipping with DHL on all orders over €99.00. In all other cases, the shipping costs to be borne by the Customer will be calculated and indicated in the purchase procedure, before concluding the order.

How can I return a product?
Returns are free of charge for orders placed on our site.
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request the return. You can request it directly from the My Orders section of your account.
