Shipping
To ensure the best possible shipping service, your order will be shipped with the DHL courier. Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, with appropriate wrapping/packaging to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer.
Once the products have been handed over to the courier, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the courier's website so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the total amount of the order:
Italy: 9.00 €
EU: to be defined
For orders over 149.00 € shipping is free.
Check on delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Packages are carefully packed. If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, customers are requested to contact the forwarding agent immediately.
eQipe is not responsible for missing or stolen/damaged shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reservation. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the business contract, the package is liable to be returned to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Once the parcel has been collected, the addressee must check that the products contained inside correspond, also in number, to the products ordered, it being understood that in the event of discrepancies between the goods delivered and those ordered, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
