2. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING, PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING

'Personal Data' means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of that person's physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

The Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows:

Navigation data

The Site's computer systems collect certain Personal Data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with you, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to be identified. Among these are the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used to connect you to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to your operating system and computer environment.

This data is used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation; to allow - given the architecture of the systems used - the correct provision of the various functions requested by you, for security reasons and to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site or third parties, and is deleted after 7 days. In any event, this data is kept by the Site Owner for the period of time strictly necessary and in any case in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Data provided voluntarily

Through the Site you have the opportunity to voluntarily provide Personal Data such as your first name your last name, your home address, your email address, your tax code or VAT number, your shipping and billing information, payment arrangement data, to purchase products, to subscribe to the newsletter service, to create and manage your personal account or to contact IDEA RICAMO through the "Contact Us" form or other similar services.

You are free to provide your personal data, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service and to purchase the products on this site. IDEA RICAMO will process these data in compliance with the Applicable Regulations, assuming that they refer to you or to third parties who have expressly authorised you to provide them on the basis of a suitable legal basis legitimising the processing of the data in question. With respect to the latter hypothesis, you place yourself as autonomous data controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, you grant IDEA RICAMO the widest indemnity in respect of any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damage caused by processing, etc. that IDEA RICAMO may receive from third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through your use of the Site in violation of the Applicable Regulations.

Cookies and related technologies

IDEA RICAMO collects Personal Data through cookies. More information on the use of cookies and related technologies can be found here: Cookie Policy and Online Trackers

The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by IDEA RICAMO for the following purposes:

a) purposes inherent to the execution of the contract of sale of products presented on this site, as well as to carry out all related and consequent activities, such as invoicing and shipping, and administrative activities inherent to the contract to which you are a party; in this regard, to make purchases on this site, you may register an account, using the data strictly necessary, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure its security;

b) marketing purposes through subscription to newsletters, discount codes at particular times of the year (e.g. Christmas) or on the occasion of your birthday (if you give your consent for this purpose, you will be asked for your date of birth), to be contacted to receive offers best suited to your needs and requirements, subject to your separate and informed consent.

c) purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the operation of the Site, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest and to enable you to navigate the Site and its sections;

d) purposes relating to the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which IDEA RICAMO is subject;

(e) purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the courts exercise their judicial functions;

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes set out in point a) is the performance of a contract, the provision of a service or the response to a request from the data subject, which does not require consent under Applicable law. The provision of data to register an account in order to make purchases on this site is optional and without registration you will still be able to purchase as a guest, but you will not be able to access your order history.

The purposes referred to in point b) require your consent, which is given by means of a flag in the box where requested. Your consent is not compulsory and failure to provide it only implies the impossibility to receive the company's commercial and marketing information, to subscribe to the newsletter, to receive loyalty points and more convenient commercial offers. Consent can be revoked at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each commercial communication, or by deleting your account. Deleting your account means deleting all your data and unsubscribing from the newsletter. If you would like to access your account later after deleting it, you will therefore have to create a new account.

The purpose referred to in point c) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, whereas the purpose referred to in points d) and e) is a lawful processing of Personal Data within the meaning of Applicable Law since, once Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which IDEA RICAMO is subject.

6. DATA RETENTION

IDEA RICAMO will process your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out in paragraph 2. By way of example, IDEA RICAMO shall process your Personal Data for the newsletter service until you decide to unsubscribe from the service and your account data until you decide to delete it. 3. Right to cancellation

You may obtain from the Controller the deletion of your Personal Data if one of the grounds set out in Article 17 of the Regulation applies, including, but not limited to, if the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed or if the consent on which the processing of your Personal Data is based has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

Please note that the Data Controller may not delete your Personal Data if their processing is necessary, for example, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.

4. Right of restriction of processing

You may obtain the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data in the event of one of the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation, such as, for example, in the event of a dispute as to the accuracy of your Personal Data being processed or if your Personal Data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, even though the Controller no longer needs it for the purposes of processing.

5. Right to data portability

Where the processing of your Personal Data is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures and the processing is carried out by automated means, you may:

6. Right of objection

You may object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data if the processing is carried out for the performance of an activity in the public interest or in pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Controller (including profiling activity).

Should you decide to exercise the right of objection described herein, the Controller will refrain from further processing your personal data, unless there are legitimate grounds for processing (grounds overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject), or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

7. Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority

Without prejudice to your right of recourse in any other administrative or jurisdictional forum, if you consider that the processing of your Personal Data by the Controller is in breach of the Regulation and/or the applicable legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
